VIP dinner will be at 7 pm.

The event will be held in the Arora Suite.
Directions to Sofitel Hotel, Heathrow: Connect from Heathrow Terminal 5 via a walkway and from other terminals via free interterminal transfer. Central London is 21 minutes away on the Heathrow Express, with easy access from the London Underground and motorway.
On-site parking is available, charges apply as follows: £15 up to 10 hours. £18 for stays up to 24 hours (for delegates staying overnight in the hotel). Additional hours outside of the above are charged at the standard rate. To qualify for the conference rate, the ticket must be validated at the conference welcome desk.

All bags, such as handbags, backpacks and brief cases are permitted into the event space. Any larger items, such as suitcases and hand luggage must be checked into the cloakroom.
Yes, a cloakroom will be available. Please utilise this space for hand luggage, suitcases and coats.
Yes, to purchase a ticket you must be 18+. We have the right to request proof of ID on the day of the event.
We do not recommend this event for children under the age of 16 and we have the right to decline entrance to the event. Minors will not be admitted without a ticket and must always be accompanied by an adult within the venue and event. Any child admitted to the event must not engage in any behaviour that disrupts other attendees.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Tea, coffee and snacks will be available during the breaks. Food will be available for purchase during the breaks. We also recommend utilising the restaurants within Terminal 5 and the available restaurants/bars found on the ground floor of the venue. Lunch is provided for VIP and Gold ticket holders within the Vivre Lounge, found on the ground floor of the Sofitel Hotel.
If you have special dietary requirement, you are welcome to bring your own food into the venue.
Lunch will commence at 1:15 pm. VIP and Gold ticket holders to attend lunch in the Vivre Lounge located on the ground floor of the Sofitel Hotel.
Registration will take place on the ground floor foyer of the Sofitel hotel at 7:30 am. The conference will start at 9 am.
Please bring your ticket with you - either printed on paper or as an electronic copy. You can access your ticket(s) from your order confirmation email, from the Tickets page of your Eventbrite account, or from the Eventbrite mobile app. When you arrive at the venue, you will be required to present your ticket. You may wish to bring a notepad and pen for use during the event.

Yes. VIP, Gold and General will be broken into sections. These sections will be clearly labelled.
Only VIP ticket holders will have the opportunity to meet Mark Wright and select speakers at the dinner on the evening of the event.

If you lose your ticket badge during the day of the event, please use your mobile/printed ticket to gain access to the event. Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost ticket badges.
